This notice explains the limited personal information processed through the Bounder website.

Information you choose to send

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. Please do not include secrets, credentials, sensitive personal information, or operational details that could endanger people or systems.

Form processing

The contact form is processed by Formspree. Your submission is therefore transmitted to and handled by Formspree as a service provider. Review Formspree’s privacy policy before submitting.

Technical request data

The hosting provider and external asset providers may receive ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp when serving this site. Bounder does not currently run its own analytics or advertising trackers on these pages.

Cookies and local storage

The current root website does not intentionally set cookies or use browser local storage. Third-party services reached through external links apply their own policies.

Purpose and retention

Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, assess collaboration or security reports, and maintain necessary correspondence. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Sharing

We do not sell contact information. It may be shared with service providers needed to host the site or deliver messages, with collaborators when necessary to answer an enquiry, or where disclosure is legally required.

Your choices

You may ask about personal information submitted through this website or request an appropriate correction or deletion by using the contact form. Applicable legal rights depend on your circumstances and jurisdiction.
